It’s Wize to Waze

Heavy traffic slows everyone down, which leads to hysteria, showing up late and stressing the f*** out. Waze is the best navigation app to use due to its ability to react in real time with updates when driving. So we focused on the frustrating and relatable scenarios that drivers will most likely experience on the road if they choose not to use Waze. We had Waze’s own emoji designs speak for themselves to evoke the true feelings felt in the moment. We then awarded drivers with points for free food and coffee through our in app ads when they alert other drivers about any road related issues like where cops are hiding out, construction, accidents, etc.

We know it’s frustrating having our food and coffee ads pop up while driving. When drivers warned others in our community of users where cops are hiding, construction zones, accidents, or any other disruptions, we rewarded them with points in their Waze rewards bank. After earning enough points, they used them to get the free food and coffee in our in-app ads.
